EOFY SALE- We are offering you the option to return at your expense any items you purchase in our EOFY sale for store credit only. This is a special offer option and our normal terms and conditions will apply once the EOFY is over. We are not offering returns for REFUND during this sale unless the item purchased was a FULL PRICED item that was not on sale ** Please refer to our policy regarding faulty items. 

This offer is for Australia Only. 

We cannot hold any items during the sale, so sorry about that. Too many people let us down when we hold things xx 

ALL other codes are invalid during the sale period except for store credit codes and gift card codes.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please read the following conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Final Clearance Sale Items: Items in our SALE AND FACTORY SECONDS collection are final clearance items and cannot be returned for refund or store credit due to a change of mind.
  2. Promotional Sales - items purchased during our promotional sales are eligible to be returned for store credit at your expense. 
  3. Contact Information: For returns and exchanges, please contact us at [email protected]. Please avoid contacting us through social media platforms or text messages.
  4. Our office hours are 9 am to 2 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Wednesday
  5. Our store contact phone number is 0481 360 946. The store is open from 10am to 3pm Brisbane time 7 days a week. Please do not contact the store phone regarding returns and exchanges, you will need to email for the return to be handled correctly and effectively.
  6. Return Conditions:
    • All returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt.
    • Items must have all tags attached and be unworn.
    • Swimwear and personal body products cannot be returned.
    • Please review the measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing sale items.
    • Contact us by email before sending an item back to avoid any issues.

  1. Free Returns for Store Credit (Australia Only): We offer free standard return shipping for FULL PRICED items being returned for store credit. To request a Free Returns Label, email us at [email protected]. You will need access to a printer to use the label. This offer is valid only for items returned for store credit and does not apply to items purchased completely with store credit. 
  2. Returns for Refund:
    • We offer refunds on FULL PRICED items only.
    • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
    • Postage costs for returns will be the customer's responsibility.
    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags attached.
    • Refunds will incur a 7% refund processing fee to cover non-refundable bank fees and charges.
    • Refunds will be credited only to the original form of payment.
  3. Returns for Exchange: Please contact us regarding exchanges. We have a new system we are trialling to make it simpler for you to exchange items.
  4. Discounts and Promotional Gifts:
    • Promotional codes and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
    • If you return an item purchased during a promotion, the discounted amount will not be refunded, even for store credit.
    • If your promotional gift or discount was a specific amount, returning one item from a group of items will result in a refund based on a percentage of the total sale.
  5. VIP Customers: VIP customers, defined as those who make three or more purchases from our website, will receive more sale and promotional deals. If you do not wish to receive regular emails, you can opt out at the bottom of our emails.
  6. Damaged and Missing Items: For damaged or missing items, please contact us at [email protected]. We will address these issues with high priority.

  • Please ensure the item is tracked and sent back via Air Freight. We do not offer free returns for international orders.
  • Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of these fees, we will deduct the shipping fees and issue the remaining amount as store credit.
  1. Processing Time: We process all returns within two working days of receiving your items. If you need your item urgently, please contact us to inform us.
